1. Scope and Service Description
Neurodivergence Screening is a web-based self-assessment screening tool for adults (18+) who wish to explore whether traits associated with ADHD/ADS or Autism Spectrum Disorder may be present. The service provides free instant scoring across clinical domains and an optional AI-powered detailed screening report. By using this service, you agree to these terms.
2. Not a Clinical Diagnosis
This service is a pre-clinical screening tool, NOT a medical device, clinical diagnosis, or therapeutic intervention. The results and reports generated by this service are intended solely as a decision-support tool to help you decide whether to pursue formal neuropsychological evaluation. They should never be used to self-diagnose, self-medicate, or make clinical decisions without consulting a qualified healthcare professional. The screening instrument is derived from validated clinical tools (ASRS, CAARS, WURS, AQ, RAADS-R) but has not been independently validated as a standalone diagnostic instrument.
3. AI-Generated Reports
The detailed screening report is generated by an artificial intelligence system (AI). While the AI produces clinically informed analysis based on your response patterns and validated scoring thresholds, it is not a substitute for human clinical judgement. The AI does not have access to your medical history, does not observe your behaviour, and cannot conduct a clinical interview. The report should be understood as a structured interpretation of your self-reported data, subject to the same limitations as any self-report instrument.
4. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or clinical utility of the screening results or reports. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this service, including but not limited to: clinical decisions made based on screening results, emotional distress resulting from screening outcomes, costs incurred from pursuing or not pursuing formal evaluation based on screening results. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
5. Eligibility
This service is intended for adults aged 18 and older. By using this service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. This service is not designed for use in acute psychiatric emergencies. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of this service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the processing of your screening responses as described therein. Key points: your data is stored for 10 days then permanently deleted; anonymised numerical scores are sent to a third-party AI provider for report generation; no personal identifiers are included in AI processing.
7. Payment and Refunds
The basic screening is free. The detailed AI report may be offered free during promotional periods or for a one-time fee as indicated at the time of purchase. Given the digital nature of the service and immediate delivery, the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU does not apply once report generation has begun, as per Art. 16(m). In case of technical failure preventing report delivery, a full refund will be provided.
8. Intellectual Property
The screening instrument, scoring algorithms, website design, and AI prompt engineering are proprietary. Generated reports are provided for your personal use and may be shared with your healthcare providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the screening instrument or its methodology.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the website.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. For consumers resident in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply in addition. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
